Most touring musicians and crew scrape together care on the road — a trainer between cities, whatever therapist the venue can find, a nutritionist back home who's never set foot on a tour bus. Each one decent. None of them talking to each other. All the right instruments. No one conducting.
Green Room HQ is the whole picture. One team, reading the same signals, wherever the tour takes you.
At 22, on tour in Australia, she was the 3am call — the one the crew rang when a performer was crashing and nobody else knew what to do. She knew exactly what to do.
By the time she was running a clinic in Ibiza, her own biological medicine was on tap for performance — and so was her team of hands-on therapists, sent out at a moment's notice for recovery between shows.
Working with prominent performers since 2009 — rock bands, DJs, actors, royalty, operators at the highest levels — she watched the same story play out again and again: extraordinary output, and no one coordinating what it cost to produce it.

Ex-SAS. Years spent bringing people back from the edge in the highest-stakes environments there are. The same recovery discipline that gets an operator through a mission is what gets a performer through the next date on tour — the two are closer than they sound.
With Paul by their side, failure stops being the risk it once was.
This is a method built on the road, in clinics, backstage — not in a wellness brochure. No fluff. We use what works to prevent injuries and dopamine collapse: pre-tour, on tour, post-tour. That discipline is Green Room HQ.
